I have been partial to BMWs for many years and was glad to see some options available at Carsmart for the kind of vehicle I was interested in. During my time at Carsmart, I interacted with Guy, Lew, Lino, Ray and Andrew -- all terrific guys. The car I had seen on Carsmart's website was just as good-looking on the lot as it was in the online photos. Dealing with Carsmart made the process easy and painless. I knew the car I wanted so talked to Guy and gave him what I wanted on the car and by the next day it was located, bought and delivered the week later I knew the car I wanted so talked to Guy and gave him what I wanted on the car and by the next day it was located, bought and delivered the week later! It looks like it just rolled off the car line in cleanliness, and appearance! Lew took all the time needed as well to teach me about all the features of the car and was wonderful to take me through the whole process! I recommend Lew for your sales person! He made time in his busy day to sit with me and listen. He and Ray suggested I drive a QX 56, they thought it would be a good fit. I left with a great car and I LOVE IT!
