Great car buying experience!! Lew and staff were Great! Lew was our sales agent and was very patient with our process of selecting a vehicle. We actually drove five vehicles while trying to decide on our new purchase. Lew was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and able to answer all of our questions. Before we made an offer the owner happened to be on the lot and asked me about my thoughts on the vehicle. I explained it was in great shape but there were several things that needed attention. He immediately explained that all issues would be taken care of if we were interested in the vehicle. We negotiated a price that we felt was very good without the haggling back and forth and even more importantly they were willing to work with us unlike Car Max. The owner and Lew made good on the issues and we are very happy to work with them now and into the future. Everyone we met on staff were very professional, personable and great to work with.
