The vehicle was everything in person that the website purported it to be. All dealer experiences - ranging from the test drive to financing - met and/or exceeded my expectations. I would do business again. More

Lew was our sales agent and was very patient with our process of selecting a vehicle. We actually drove five vehicles while trying to decide on our new purchase. Lew was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and able to answer all of our questions. Before we made an offer the owner happened to be on the lot and asked me about my thoughts on the vehicle. I explained it was in great shape but there were several things that needed attention. He immediately explained that all issues would be taken care of if we were interested in the vehicle. We negotiated a price that we felt was very good without the haggling back and forth and even more importantly they were willing to work with us unlike Car Max. The owner and Lew made good on the issues and we are very happy to work with them now and into the future. Everyone we met on staff were very professional, personable and great to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEW and this company!!! Thanks Lew, Rey, Andrew and Guy for helping us with a pleasurable car buying experience! Sincerely Bill and Lisa. More

The salesman, Brenndon was great; he was very helpful and even went out of his way to accommodate my family any way possible. Unlike many other dealerships, there was no pressure to buy from them. The owner, Guy Alfieri , did everything possible to ensure that it was a positive car buying experience. The employees even stayed past closing time to accommodate my needs. This dealership is different (in a great way). I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at this dealership. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend anyone who is in search of car to visit CarSmart.net More
