No hassle instant message vehicle purchase!!! I saw a truck that looked interesting on the CarSmart.net website. I stopped by for a test drive and loved the truck and friendly staff!!! Later tha I saw a truck that looked interesting on the CarSmart.net website. I stopped by for a test drive and loved the truck and friendly staff!!! Later that day I sent the staff a text message asking what the out the door price would be for the vehicle? They responded right back, and three text messages later I purchased the truck. They prepared all the paperwork that day. I was in the dealership for 20 minutes to sign the prepared documents and drove off the lot with my new truck!!! Thanks to Guy Alfieri, Bob Garcia and Terry Kretz for the seamless fast freindly purchase. More

I love my car but the customer service I received was very poor. I felt like an option and not a customer. It sucked a lot. Bob Garcia handled everything for the most part. He would always say he would c very poor. I felt like an option and not a customer. It sucked a lot. Bob Garcia handled everything for the most part. He would always say he would call me back and never did it was really annoying. He said I had lane switching assistance on my car and it doesn’t and there isn’t any compensation for it. Everyone else did great. Also the car was posted with a sun roof and there wasn’t a sun roof. My car didn’t even come with plates I had to ask for them. Bob is still supposed to call me back about my mirrors and still hasn’t which isn’t surprising since he does it allllllllllll the time. Like it’s the principle of him saying he will do it 20 times but the facts that he never does makes this 10 times worse. More
