This is a hometown feel type of dealership that I instantly came to trust. Shawn Bowers made the initial visit very easy, no pressure type of meeting and we just talked about cars and what I was looking for. The dealership sells more mid to higher-end used cars with a great variety and their website has high-quality pictures they take in-house. After talking with Shawn about the car I wanted, he informed me they did not have anything similar but without missing a beat, said he would work with his boss (Guy Alfieri) to find the car I wanted in the price range I requested. I received a text message from Guy (I believe the same day) confirming our "must-haves" and what we were flexible on. It was not a very long conversation but I knew this man knew what he was doing and could represent me in getting what I wanted... which he did! Overall, the experience I had with Carsmart, and continue to have with Shawn and the after-sales service, shows their dedication and professionalism to this industry and that hospitality is at the center of their business. Every time I call them there is a new reason why I have not received it. If you chose to by a car from these guys I would ask for title at the same time you hand over your money. If not you will end up like me having to take them to court with the hope the court can make them give money back or give you a title. I would not get another car from even if they were giving it to me free with a title. More
