Went over all the details of my service and was nearly dead on with how long it should take. Once the service was done he addressed a couple issues that need fixing. But never in a way that felt pushy. Informative and helpful as well going over the costs of the service. I’ve dealt with Sutherlin in the past as a supplier and again, always a pleasure. Thanks again and thank you Guy for the fantastic customer service. More

Guy is the most kindest person I have ever met. He always makes you feel comfortable and provides you with the right information and doesn’t push for services I don’t need.
