Took my car into the dealership for an insurance claim and they missed damage. A few months later we took car back to dealership for warranty repairs and was told by Guy that issues were a result of insur and they missed damage. A few months later we took car back to dealership for warranty repairs and was told by Guy that issues were a result of insurance claim. They missed the damage while the car was originally in the shop for initial repairs and now not eligible for insurance claim. This service department is incompetent. DO NOT use this dealership for service!!!!! Avoid Guy at all cost. More
