First, my service man attempted to talk to me about a recall service that did not even apply to my car, and when I explained that to him he cussed in front of me. After overcharging the heck out of me proceeded to mention his salary/raises/bonus/ all contingent to me filling out a survey & now has hounded me with 5 phone calls in the past 12 hours for me to fill out a survey for him to get his money and to get 1 ten dollar coupon More
