I recently brought my vehicle in for service and spent over $2,100 on repairs. Unfortunately, upon leaving, I realized that the original issue was not resolved. It appears that parts were replaced that we over $2,100 on repairs. Unfortunately, upon leaving, I realized that the original issue was not resolved. It appears that parts were replaced that were not immediately necessary. As customers who rely on your expertise, we trust that our issues will be addressed correctly. Doug shared a video indicating an electrical shortage, and I was informed that additional repairs would cost $500. After consulting with my cousin, who is a mechanic, it was determined that the issue was not electrical but rather a faulty connector. When I raised this with Doug, another mechanic, Ricky, confirmed that the problem was indeed with the connector. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided. It seems there is a readiness to charge for repairs, but when issues persist, there is a reluctance to engage with the customer. Additionally, after bringing the car home, I discovered that the gas gauge is now malfunctioning. When I contacted Doug, I was told that this is a new issue, which adds to my frustration. Both of my vehicles are Nissans, but after this experience, I am reconsidering my loyalty to the brand. I hope that this matter can be resolved to restore my confidence in your service. More
