My experience at RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes-Benz was fantastic! I traded in my BMW for a 2020 E 53 coupe and could not be happier. As an out of state buyer who had gotten burned in the past by multipl fantastic! I traded in my BMW for a 2020 E 53 coupe and could not be happier. As an out of state buyer who had gotten burned in the past by multiple other Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the past, I was very concerned about purchasing a car 5 hours away without ever seeing it in person. I sent in an inquiry on their website and my salesperson, Gwen went out of her way and called me after hours to go over all of the details of the vehicle. The next morning, she sent me detailed photos and all of the information on the car, I put my deposit down to hold the car, and we started negotiating! Gwen assured me that the vehicle was in excellent condition, and got me $1,000 more than the original offer for my trade-in. Later in the week, I drove the 5 hours from Pensacola, FL to Alpharetta and the rest was history! The car was 100% as Gwen described it, and the pickup and paperwork process was seamless. She even checked on me to make sure I made it home safely and then followed up the next week to make sure that I was satisfied. I am absolutely in love with my new car and will absolutely go back to visit Gwen at RBM in the future! More
