Good Customer Care I recently bought a new Camry at this dealership. The salesman, Tom Bray, was communicative and friendly and gave me what I considered was a decent pr I recently bought a new Camry at this dealership. The salesman, Tom Bray, was communicative and friendly and gave me what I considered was a decent price. He introduced me to others in service, doing the paperwork, etc. and they all treated me with the utmost respect. During the whole process, we communicated by email, text and phone calls and he answered my questions promptly. He was well-informed and had many years in the business. The dealership was concerned about the pandemic and offered services such as driving the vehicle to my house. I didn't do that because I wanted to look at more than one car. Also, they have a person cleaning the showroom twice a day to disinfect surfaces. I felt that they were willing to listen to the customer and do what it takes to make them feel safe. More
