The thing I appreciate most is the service department at this dealership. In addition to fast, knowledgeable work done by the technician is just the way they treat their customers. Have had vehicle over 6 months (23 highlander) still no second key that is supposed to come with vehicle. Have tried getting an answer as to when it may arrive have been told it’s different answers by seve second key that is supposed to come with vehicle. Have tried getting an answer as to when it may arrive have been told it’s different answers by several different people. I understand the dealer does not send the key, however not being able to get a straight answer has been very frustrating. Asked to speak with manager was told she was busy and nothing they could do to help resolve the situation. Gave me Toyota care number, have yet to hear back from Toyota care More
