No appointment and still great service and not too long wait I just stop by the dealer to get my appointment for my 5000 Maintenance, they asked me if I want to do it at that moment and they took me in in less t I just stop by the dealer to get my appointment for my 5000 Maintenance, they asked me if I want to do it at that moment and they took me in in less than one hour my car was back, the waiting room was clean and the even had beagle and fresh cookies.
