Delray Toyota and other Toyota and Honda dealerships that I have used in past years, use an Uber service to get clients back to their homes while their cars are being repaired. At this dealership, a shu that I have used in past years, use an Uber service to get clients back to their homes while their cars are being repaired. At this dealership, a shuttle is used in on this occasion I had to wait almost 2 hours with no shuttle, and no idea of how long it would take for them to be picking me up! There were a lot of excuses, but no answers and I ended up having to get my wife to pick me up from the dealership . Also, I had a problem with my brakes squeaking after the front brakes were replaced a couple of visits ago. After I brought it in they decided that my front rotors needed to be replaced. Why wasn’t that mentioned when they did the front brake job just a couple of weeks earlier? I declined to do it and this time I had them check the brakes and they said I had 70% left on the front with no problem on the rotors (I never replaced them). The rear rotors they said would need to be replaced when I do those brakes next. how do you account for these kind of conflicting reports? Also, pricing on labor is not competitive. I had to pay $40.00 for an estimate to replace condenser fan. I told them what was wrong when I dropped it off. Estimate was $1,200.00. I saved a lot by not having you guys replace it, but I don’t think charging me an estimate is fair since I have been bringing my Toyota to the dealership exclusively for service since I moved to Florida. These are the reasons I won’t be bringing my vehicle back and why I would not recommend your service department. More

2 weeks ago I changed battery and it won’t start again showing Engine trouble on dash. Went back to Hendricson spoke to floor manager and he said he’ll take care of it. I told him I need the van urgrnt showing Engine trouble on dash. Went back to Hendricson spoke to floor manager and he said he’ll take care of it. I told him I need the van urgrnt because it has 4 baby seats to transport grand kids After waiting 3.5 hrs I saw the car in the parking lot do I went to Delgado only to find no out that nothing had been done. That was very disappointing. When floor manager & Delgado knew about it they took the car in and was out in 30 min. This was a bad experience. Otherwise Hendricson is great. More
