The worst service I’ve ever gotten, I made an appt to have a recall repaired for 9:15am on 10/10/2022, I signed in with Henry Delgado and was told it will take 3-4 hrs for the repair, after exactly one h have a recall repaired for 9:15am on 10/10/2022, I signed in with Henry Delgado and was told it will take 3-4 hrs for the repair, after exactly one hour of waiting he told me the part is not available, i asked him how come it took them an hour to let me know there was no part and his response was “I am telling you now”, I was beyond upset, I expected at least an apology but instead he gave me a blank look and said I can leave my car for tomorrow, I have a job I already took a day off when the appt was made, you have lost a loyal customer. Worst experience I have had at a dealership. They didn’t even check my air pressure in my truck tires. When I came in for a recall and an oil change my sensor for my tire is on now. I don't know if they did something related to the Car Maintenace plan: 1. On purpose I didn't put windshield washer fluid in the tank. When I review the level, it was so empty as I left. 2. The motor w Maintenace plan: 1. On purpose I didn't put windshield washer fluid in the tank. When I review the level, it was so empty as I left. 2. The motor was so dirty as I left it. Not marks or fingerprint could be seen on around the different engine places, as if nobody had measured oil or check fluids level on the fluid tanks. 3. The car was parked, and no one told me that it was ready. I had to ask someone if my car was ready then the man looked for the key and delivered it to me. Mr. Delgado wasn't there. 4. Not even the tires were rotated (not marks on them). I marked them before taking the Car at Al' Hendrikson Center. 5. I was there close to one hour. I went to ask if my Car was ready because Mr. Delgado told me that the service would last from one to one and a half hours. Nobody told me it was ready. More

This was my second encounter with Henry. My first experience was excellent. My second encounter was a disappointment. I made an appointment online for 9:30am. I was told is would be 2 and 1 My first experience was excellent. My second encounter was a disappointment. I made an appointment online for 9:30am. I was told is would be 2 and 1/2 hr by Henry. I decided to wait. At 12 noon ny car had not been touched( I saw it sitting in the parking lot) After I approached Henry he said they are taking it back right now. Then he brushes me off when I ask what happened. After all I had an appointment. I spoke with manager to voice my disappointment and my car was ready in 15-20mins. Waiting almost 3 hrs and ould change was 20mins. My thought is because my oil change was free I was over looked. More

With Henry on the Service departments Al Hendricon will always have a five stars review. It is easy to confirm that. He always have a longer queu of people waiting for him when other agents are empty or always have a five stars review. It is easy to confirm that.
