I just ordered a new 330i wagon in December for my wife ( with her permission and input of course). I was fortunate to talk to Hadi in the showroom and I was so impressed with his NO pressure attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable about the options and process. My wife who is extremely fussy about who she feels with felt so relaxed and welcomed by Hadi. Hadi gave us the BEST price that we could get after shopping around. He kept us updated throw the ordering and building process and the car arrived on the date that he established for us. Today we picked up the car and had allowed an hour or so to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were 100% pleased before a service rep taught my wife how to operate all of the systems in the car. She just told me that in 40 years, she had never met a nicer more sincere salesman. We are in Real Estste sales so we know.... This man was really relaxed and didn’t make up stories... He gave us the facts and he even introduced me to the general manager who was as warm and welcoming..... My son is going over this week to order a new 330i sedan from Hadi.. as an attorney, he my be impressed by only knowegable and authentic salespeople.... He is wonderful... There was absolutely no pressure to test drive and talk about the numbers. This man was a true gentleman , professional in every way. I also dealt with Jano Letaif, one of the sales managers, who also did not pressure me in any way to buy, was totally pleasant and we both 'gave a bit' thus concluding the deal. I also have to mention Dylan Scharff, who was my product specialist at time of delivery. He was totally knowledgable about every feature of the car, including items that I never would have known that were in the car and how to work them. He did not rush me and is a true bmw 'genius' In closing Hadi, I can see why you have been there for 16 years, a real person who takes away the old car salesmen stigma, happy anniversary to you! More
