I am not sure what I would do without Matt Krappe and his team at Herb Chambers. I had been on the road quite a bit and did not realize I was late for my 1st year service on my X6. In addition, I had let my team at Herb Chambers. I had been on the road quite a bit and did not realize I was late for my 1st year service on my X6. In addition, I had let my sticker run out and the local town authorities aren't shy about pulling people over for that these days. Paying a surcharge for an expired inspection sticker is a real kick in the .... (believe me). When I reached out to Herb Chambers, Matt went out of his way to get me in there ASAP and turn the car around within a day. He informed me of a recall that would require him to order some parts and assured me he would get me in for that as soon as he had everything in hand. Matt and team do a fantastic job. The car came back as clean and shiny as the day I took delivery. I had a great experience when I bought the car last year and getting serviced by surprisingly by Matt and team exceeded my expectations again. Great job and thanks again! More
