They were great until I drive off the lot. Windshield has chip in it that they promised to fix. Never did. I asked for and work/maintenance records. They kept saying we will get back to you. On the flip side once we got to financing and said we weren't adding on - it became some nebulous and we found papers being slammed on the table. Once a sale is established a customer should be able to walk out without too much of a trying experience. What would have been exceptional was definitely dampened by an unnecessary attitude. More
