The pricing was fair, and more importantly, transparent. Chad went out of his way to accommodate our situation while we waited on our insurance company over a holiday weekend. Joel carefully explained our warranty and financing options so we understood the costs and benefits. The facilities are beautiful, and the service department is the best in Omaha, hands down. I’ve worked with all three service advisors on my previous Volvo, and am looking forward to working with them for the long life of my new SUV. As a female car buyer, I really appreciated working with Haley on my current purchase. First Time Buyer - Easiest Experience Ever After helping numerous of friends and colleagues in finding their next vehicle over the past few years, I found myself on the opposite end of things n After helping numerous of friends and colleagues in finding their next vehicle over the past few years, I found myself on the opposite end of things needing to find a new vehicle, and as soon as possible. After determining which model I was to purchase, I ended up at Gorges Volvo. I've never once considered getting a car from Gorges, let alone knew of the dealership in the first place. Haley was the first to meet us after walking inside on a cold November afternoon. She was extremely knowledgeable of the car I test drove, which is a huge statement to her salesmanship. I've been to numerous of other dealerships with salesmen who barely know a lick of information about any of their used vehicles that's outside their dealership's affiliations. There was a small issue with the car, primarily due to an external nose caused by a rear-facing sticker on the windshield, and Haley took it upon herself to resolve the issue by the morning, 9 am sharp. Haley kept her word, contacting me before 9 am, letting me know that the noise was resolved, and was tested to make sure it was. True to her word, it was after test driving it again to make sure it was truly resolved. After a bit of price negotiation, and finance negotiation, we finally came to acceptable terms on the pricing and financing, which was extremely easy and stress free. There was no "pressure tactics" or "waiting games" played, and I can truly appreciate that from a car buyers perspective. I felt 0 pressure into buying a car at Gorges Volvo, and could feel that same lack of pressure by observing other guest who were looking at cars as well. Gorges Volvo made car shopping the way it should be. I would like to conclude with the recommendation of Marcus. Marcus was filling in for his financial manager due to an illness, on a cold football filled Saturday. Marcus was well versed for filling into the position and role, and again I felt no pressure into the financing side of everything, which is often sited as the most stressful part of the car buying experience. Marcus explained everything clearly and concisely and I would recommend doing business with him as well. Overall, the experience was much better than I expected. After never hearing about Gorges Volvo, I can highly recommend them to friends, family, and colleagues after my experience. The staff is well versed in their craft, they apply no pressure to anything, and they honestly make car buying the experience it should be. More
