Very upset with how things were handled. Was told one thing, then when you step into the finance office it's something else. I did not want to sign the documents, but ended up being double t Was told one thing, then when you step into the finance office it's something else. I did not want to sign the documents, but ended up being double team by finance rep. and sales rep manager stating that I agreed to the total, (which I did,) and I know I added things, but I still feel that predelivery service charge and Electronic registration filing fee should of been in the total we agreed too. I was told a total (which included MY trade in), with +++, the last time I knew, that should be tax tag and title. No one said other fees. this ended up giving a panic attack. When I came into the office a couple of days later, at the managers request, because of the survey, I still felt that I was taken. When we disused the the contract she understood the confusion and did state that she has told her sales rep. they needed to say +++ and fees, (in the meeting they had) but it was not told to me. So she said all she could offer me was tinted windows, but my windows were tinted, so she gave me a card for 3 fill ups with gas. :( More
