Had a car in for warranty work and looked at a Santa Cruz on the lot. After a bit of talking with a salesman and sales manager we came to what I thought was an agreeable price. My only issue was I was to rec on the lot. After a bit of talking with a salesman and sales manager we came to what I thought was an agreeable price. My only issue was I was to receive a car fax but didn't as the deal was a little rushed. The next day I received a carfax stating the vehicle was in an accident. That will follow the car forever.. It showed no visible damage but I would have thought twice if I had known. When I left a message on the salesmans ( David Bennerman) s phone I never received a call back. So no 5 stars. The car is certified so that's a good thing. More

Just as others have said. ... Told NO early payoff penalty. But reading all of the reams of paper saw that $75 was an early payoff fee. Told by office manager that if charged, ... Also, because I financed some of the cost, for some reason I was given a finance charge of 7.59% with a FICO (Credit Score) of over 800. I was told it was because I financed. That in my book is highway robbery and it was never spoken of nor negotiated prior to the paperwork being drawn up. I always planned on paying this off immediately so as to not pay finance charges. Otherwise, the sale was handled professionally. More
