Hamad Deeb

My wife and I came to this Honda dealership seriously considering a vehicle purchase. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time just to be acknowledged, the test drive made it clear we would not be do considering a vehicle purchase. Our sales person was Hamad Deeb and his conduct was unacceptable. We asked to test drive the Honda CRV-hybrid- My wife was driving an unfamiliar vehicle on the highway and asked reasonable questions about its safety and cruise-control features. Instead of providing clear, patient instruction, he spoke down to her, barked commands, and repeatedly yelled at her. He told her to look at buttons and controls while she was driving at highway speed, gave rushed directions without adequate warning or explanation, and then accused her of not listening when she could not instantly respond. This was not instruction; it was distracting, intimidating, and unsafe. No customer should be treated this way—especially while operating a vehicle they are test-driving. We came out of that test drive with her close to tears and afraid to even ask any questions about the car. We reported the experience to management, Diego Cozar. This was one of the worst dealership experiences we have had, and Hamad Deeb's behavior directly cost this dealership our business. The manager offered to have us meet with someone else or if there was any deals he could offer, but we will not support this business ever after the belligerent behavior we just received. More

If you’re Gen Z and looking to buy a car, you HAVE to go to Hamad at the Paramus location! I had such a great experience with him. He helped me get the deal I wanted in less than 2 hours. Before coming here, I went to a different location in Clifton and had a completely different experience. I felt like because I was young, they didn’t take me seriously. They kept trying to pressure me into purchasing a car without really listening to the price or deal I was looking for. Paramus was the complete opposite. They actually sat down with me, listened to what I wanted, and helped me get WHAT I WANTED without making me feel judged or giving me nasty looks because of my age. Hamad especially went above and beyond. Not only did he take great care of me throughout the entire process, but he also made sure my whole family was comfortable and happy the entire time. I definitely recommend going to him, especially if you’re a young first-time buyer and want someone who will actually listen to you and take you seriously! More

This was my 3rd Honda lease with Honda Paramus on route 4 and although I believe I should’ve had a better discount or deal for beginning a loyal customer, Hamad Deeb is so easy going.
