He explained everything to us very clearly and he helped us get a monthly payment that fit into our budget. He also was most helpful in acclimating us to the new car with its new perks, e.g., Bluetooth and the rear camera. He told us to call him at any time if we needed his help with anything or needed him to walk us through something. Hopefully, when our lease is over in 3 years, we'll be back and Hamad will still be working at DCH Paramus Honda. More

No hard sell, just good advice and honest negotiation that did not take long, which we very much appreciated, which ultimately resulted in a fair, reasonable, and affordable price. Hamad also did a great job in explaining the new changes to the model and showing us how things worked. F and I Manager John Medrano was also very helpful in explaining other details of the lease and even provided us with a complimentary tire protection. As long-time customers we appreciate the respect and service we receive from the DCH staff. The people at Paramus Honda go out of their way to be helpful. So when we went to purchase a new vehicle, I didn't have time to waste at a dealership haggling over add-ons and pricing surprises. I was car buying, not car shopping. I spoke with all of the major Honda dealerships within 100 miles of New York City and the staff at DCH Paramus provided the most professional buying experience. From the start, Theresa Rosen in the Internet department clearly communicated all of the pricing and was willing to work with our preferences. She was always friendly and willing to return a call or email. Most importantly, the pricing she and manager Matt Hunziker offered was aggressive. When I arrived at the dealership, Theresa was waiting and the DCH Paramus Sales team was already briefed. Client Advisor Hamad Deeb handled the transaction and was professional throughout. Hamad processed an old vehicle trade-in and a new vehicle purchase in one afternoon. (And that afternoon just so happened to be Christmas Eve!) But we couldn't complete the deal without my wife's signature on the paperwork and she was at home with a newborn. So, on his own initiative, Hamad volunteered to drive the paperwork to my house for my wife to sign, which we then did!
