They LISTENED to me and under I HATE the car buying process, but Hamad and Matt were professional, experienced, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They LISTENED to me and understood what I was looking for. I NEVER felt pressured. Ultimately, we shook hands on a deal that met all of my parameters and made my wife and I feel good about our purchase. Even when everything was signed, sealed and delivered (AND despite the dealership closing for the evening) Hamad took his time and insisted on teaching me how to use all of the great new features of my 2015 Pilot. I left with a full understanding of how to use the different functions / features of my new car and with a smile on my face. I still don't LOVE car buying, but it was a MUCH better experience from what I have experienced in the past. THANK YOU! Highly recommend! More
