He quoted an "out-the-door" price that seemed expensive, but reasonable. We agreed to a future service date that suited my schedule and ability to pay for the work. When I did schedule the work, all parts were available and the hose kit was installed in only a few hours (including a new thermostat and coolant replacement). At the same time, the Sales division was happy to loan me a NEW car to familiarize myself and my wife with the model I was considering to purchase. When I returned to collect my own car, the service advisor applied an applicable discount to the agreed price. My car was washed and ready! More

Exceptional Service; Will Return The staff at Brandon Honda always take care of me & my vehicle, seemingly as if it were their own. Their attention to detail & thoroughness puts me at ease. They offered several services & allowed me to decide what was best for my Fit & budget. They compared the costs of a few tasks to a 30,000 mile package deal to determine that the package would save me hundreds of dollars. I was not aware of all the work required on the vehicle, especially since I was several weeks late for the scheduled service. Additionally, they honored a coupon after the work was completed, even though it said it must be presented at the time of writing the service order. This saved me an additional $40. It was convenient for me to drop off my vehicle overnight, even though the receptionist stated that the only available appointments were 2 days from the day of drop off. They were actually able to begin work on it on the day that I dropped it off. While traveling out of town, which unexpectedly extended over 2 nights, the polite advisors kept me up to date with the services performed. Each advisor I spoke to had an accurate summary of the work being done on the vehicle and provided cost estimates for different solutions as well. I appreciated this clear and timely communication. I know I have great value from the quality of work on my vehicle, & feel secure due to the exceptional quality of customer service provided. Thank you to Ryan Foster, my Assistant Service Manager, as well as advisors Hanani & Jen, & all staff for performing the service!! See you at 70,000 miles for the next package deal! More

I don't have anything negative to say about either experience that I've had. He's very outgoing, down-to-earth, honest, and always gets back to me in a timely manner whenever I call. Everybody else at the dealership was extremely friendly, I love their service department , The finance department process was quick and easy. Model Dealership This was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Brian made me feel like I was his only sale that day and never pressured the deal. The dealership staff that assisted was outstanding and very customer oriented, which is a lost art nowadays. After the deal, he continued follow ups until the car was delivered.
