I drove 2 hours for a 10:30 appointment for a factory recall. I arrived 1 hour early and despite that, was told my car would not be started for 2 hours. 3 hours later they had not started my car. Took a recall. I arrived 1 hour early and despite that, was told my car would not be started for 2 hours. 3 hours later they had not started my car. Took another 2 hours to perform the service, no sense of urgency or communication from any of the staff. Recommended another $1200 in repairs, for which I will be finding another repair shop, given my horrible experience here. More

I've been coming here for over 10 years even tho I now live in Clearwater; but quite honestly Ive seen quality in service fall over time; the main reason I still come is my relationship with Jennifer Chas live in Clearwater; but quite honestly Ive seen quality in service fall over time; the main reason I still come is my relationship with Jennifer Chassis and now Kyle, but when they are not there, not the same; everytime I have any service, even oil change, I have to wait 2 hours, yesterday I waited 3 hours for oil chg and new tire; I get a text that tells me to use to stay in touch but I never get anything for updates and when I ask, no response; for the first time when I bought my last car there; I fell thru the cracks, got passed to 3 different people, my salesperson Hassim disappeared and told he was on a test ride but I pursued and learned he had gone home; just not the same. More
