It was a great experience that unlike some transactions of this type did not leave me feeling exhausted and wanting two plus day of my life back. Hank was knowledgable and attentive and Dave was supportive, creative and willing to negotiate without the usual painful back and forth. The car is beautiful and even though there are a few minor kinks to work out, Hank has hung in there to make sure all the minor issues get resolved. If you're in the market for a Maserati or Ferrari, I highly recommend the team at Fort Lauderdale Maserati and Ferrari. Very responsive. The other staff at the dealership is friendly and accommodating (the Finance Manager). We will be buying more vehicles from Hank and dealership. Mr. Marks was also very helpful because my initial contact on the Audi was through the internet and he followed up and gave me a couple of updates on the Audis they had for sale.
