Low price isn’t everything So I see a really nice 15 BMW 528xi at this dealer and I went to check it out. From the beginning everything was great; the customer service from the sales rep, the car, and the dealership. I purchased the car for a great price and I had the dealer throw a couple of service extras in (ozone, service pads and rotors on the rears, and recharge the AC). The deal was made and everything was promised and I got it all written down on paper. This is where it got ugly. 9 days from date of purchase my car was “being worked on the guys ordered the wrong parts” and yata yata. I say fine just make sure everything is done. I show up on day 10 since I was told the car was ready and the dealer did not do what they agreed to do on the work order. They did not even touch the rear pads and rotors and when I spoke with the sales manager that was involved (John M.) he said he will not give me new rotors or pads. Eddie C. came in and talked with me and said, “we messed up, we owe you new rotors and pads and we never delivered.” The GM had to get involved in this fiasco. I was furious mainly because I put down 70% in cash on this car and I was told my car was being worked on while in reality it was just sitting in the shop. I was beyond disappointed. Eddie said he would make things all better and I believed him. The next day he got new pads and rotors for the car (day 11) and put them on. He also promised me a reimbursement check for the mats I bought for the car and I sent him the receipt for it as well as maintenance records for the car. On day 12 I got the car delivered to me (finally) everything was good but now Eddie turned into a ghost man. As soon as I picked up the car he would not respond to texts and when I called he sort of blew me off. To this day (day 17) I have yet to receive any compensation as I was told and no service records. I am still shocked since this dealer has been known for customer service. At the end of the day I got my car but it was the biggest hassle, I would’ve paid more to go somewhere else where I would’ve been treated better. I blame management for allowing this to happen and the service manager. My sales rep was really good, Sal. He is very hard working but could use a brush up on basic car maintenance. More

Toyota Purchase My wife and I had gone to 3 dealerships, Including Portsmouth,NH Ford, Reading Honda and Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. However, we were able to pur My wife and I had gone to 3 dealerships, Including Portsmouth,NH Ford, Reading Honda and Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. However, we were able to purchase a Toyota at Woburn Toyota in a very reasonable time frame thanks to the honesty and professionalism of Ernest Memminger. I will DEFINITELY return to this dealership for my next new car purchase as soon as necessary More

Very good. Repeat customer with a very good experience. This is our sixth lease at Woburn Toyota and see no reason not to continue. Keith Svenson made this experience more comfortable and not pressured to purchase or lease. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable on the cars and SUV that we purchased. Bad costumer service We buy a new car on a saturday i tell them i was going to be there at 9am. I dont get the car till 12pm. I have to bring the car back the next followi We buy a new car on a saturday i tell them i was going to be there at 9am. I dont get the car till 12pm. I have to bring the car back the next following monday for some service and inspection they told me they will have a rental car for us, get there at 9am around 11:30am enterprice camed to get me. When i ask enterprice why they take so long they told me not even 15 ago toyota call. Not nice i lost 5 hours of work. Then enterprice charge my credit card 650.00 because they were not able to contact toyota. Yes they give me the money back, but i call lots of time so this can get resolved. More
