Pleasant car shopping experience A friend and I stopped by Woburn Toyota on a very busy Saturday morning. Mo greeted us at the door and was very professional and helpful, even though I told him that I was just gathering information and didn't plan to buy that day. During the following week, we visited several area dealerships that sell other than Toyota vehicles, then I phoned Mo to make an appointment about a week after our initial meeting. He was informative and patient, making a dreaded car buying experience pleasant. I hope never to have to shop for a car again, but, if I must, I'll phone Mo. Hank, too, was professional, helpful, informative, and patient. More

Real Customer Service I have not met a single unhappy worker there as of yet. Each person there offered me the utmost informative care. From Oscar at the service desk remembering me from my last visit, to Hank helping me with my financial questions (and I didn’t even buy the car at this location!—but will get my next one here soon), to Nate offering friendly conversation and advice while I wait for my car. And, obviously, they take good care of my care. It’s a 2017–so I know that there’s no major issues yet, but I do love the report give after each Toyotacare visit. Highly recommend this location with flying colors. More

Still waiting for my car! I purchased a used car two weeks ago and it’s not ready yet. It needed a few things done to it one of which was a passenger side mirror which was brok I purchased a used car two weeks ago and it’s not ready yet. It needed a few things done to it one of which was a passenger side mirror which was broken. Still waiting for the part to come in from California. I would have thought that they would have fixed it before they put it up for sale online and in their lot. I will say that the salesman, Ernest and the finance manager, Hank were both a pleasure to deal with and were both very professional. No complaints with them. Obviously not either one of them is at fault for the car not being ready. More

Opposite of pleasurable experience Staff no following through on faxing paperwork. Showed up to pick up car after being told it was ready, not only was it not ready but they had someone Staff no following through on faxing paperwork. Showed up to pick up car after being told it was ready, not only was it not ready but they had someone else who had tried to buy the truck This after having put down payment from the previous week. Additionally, they lost one of my plates I’m waiting for replacement. Also they have lost the second set of keys I’m waiting on. Finally Sales mgrs never went out of their way to help just put it on a salesman I’ve run out of space here. No compensation for this nightmare 1 star is pushing it More

Be aware! They wil lie to you and tell you that you have to purchase $6000 worth of things like wheel and tire coverage, pre maitnay, warranty... Etc.
