My brother literally just brought a car from him and that weekend he told me to come in see what they got- i end up walking away signing a new lease. reason i purchased was first of course i had a great deal- i needed 15k a year and was shocked how little it was to upgrade from 12k to 15k (better then my other deals when i asked) Hank was a joy to work with- he listened to my needs and got a tailored deal that wowed me. The purchase was smooth. the delivery was just as good, the delivery center was very big (same place as their service) and had a cool station with your name, date on a screen and a big bow on top of the car fast forward to last week- and i was getting a bit bored with my older benz convertible. i was just checking online to check their stock and they had stock of the amg convertible i was in the hunt for. it was more like a unicorn. sure there's other places and states to buy but with such a large purchased i wanted to be taken care of. hank was there for me- got me a great deal and a trade in deal that (not it's over i can say safetly) was on my high number in my mind. i'll leave you with this last bit of my experience- hank told me he would get me some touch up paint and well after i got my car- he drove out of his way and drop it off with me in person, Now that's service!!!!!! he's a class act- if you are in the market for Benz, i would highly recommend seeking him and and get pampered with first class service. More

He made the whole thing feel personal and he made it a point to connect not only with myself, but with my wife and eight year old son as well. After visiting MB of RVC we visited a nearby competing dealership for another make of car we were interested in and were shocked at the difference in the experience. We quickly decided to turn back to dealing with Hank and ultimately bought a great car from him. The experience at the point of delivery was excellent as well.
