Hank is a great salesman and took great care of me. He answered all of my questions about the car and the way the numbers turned out. He would work out all of the numbers in front of you so there are no surprises. He made it very comfortable and laid no pressure at all. I even had to switch around my pickup dates and timing and he was extremely accommodating. George, Sales Manager, greeted me and made sure that any concerns I had was addressed. They both checked on everything until I got my car and made sure I was happy with it afterwards. All of the options were clearly discussed and explained to me and the most helpful and honest advice given. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, I would highly recommend Hank. I promise a pain free experience unlike the dentist. More
