Knowledgeable and friendly salesman I have been driving a Mercedes Benz for the last 11 years as well as my wife. Recently my niece asked me to go to the dealer with her cause she was in I have been driving a Mercedes Benz for the last 11 years as well as my wife. Recently my niece asked me to go to the dealer with her cause she was interested in a c300 coupe. We were greeted by Hank Woloz who was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with it. I am turned off by pushy salesman just looking for their commission. Hank in no way was pushy and put no pressure on my niece . He went over the numbers and explained the car to her and worked with her to make the payments as close to her budget that she was looking to spend. The dealership is beautifu and the service is impeccable, but Hank is the real difference maker. Having bought previous cars from the dealer and dealing with Hank with follow up calls and emails I can tell you that he is a true professional and always makes my family’s buying experience as easy as he can make it.
