The dealership is huge, the inventory is great, and it did not take long to find the perfect car for me and my budget. Hank made sure of it. I just moved to NY from LA and needed a car. I was lucky to meet Hank; he was patient, kind, funny, and knowledgeable--not once did I feel pressured or defensive. On the contrary, Hank was on my team. He meticulously went over every feature and spec to find the right car for me. Once we finalized that it was time to talk numbers. This is usually when the fun stops. Not with Hank. He has that 'human' factor that most salespeople lack and we connected immediately. He worked with me to make sure that I got a killer deal. Hank made such an impression that I put his number in my phone. I think he was tickled pink when I called him the following February. He made me a great deal on a an SL lease and when he found out it was my birthday, he knocked another $50 off my monthly payments without me asking! Now my service rep is Anthony Angelo. I swear, it's like having a butler. Anthony makes me feel like I'm his only customer whenever I come in. Both Anthony and Hank always keep in touch with me throughout the year making sure that everything is good. WHAT A TEAM! More

Besides being genuinely nice (as opposed to many who pretend to be nice to earn your business), he worked hard to get me the best price around. Then he kept in touch with me while my car was on special order, continually keeping me updated. When I picked up my car he took me through the service area which was amazingly beautiful. Since picking up my car months ago, Hank has been in touch and has made sure that I have been satisfied and have had no problems with the car. The dealership has been very good and Hank has been a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go to this dealership and see Hank for my next car. More
