The repairs were completed quickly and competently by I had several issues with my Jeep. Customer service reps were very knowledgeable and personable. The repairs were completed quickly and competently by the technicians. The service center checked for recalls and made those adjustments and repairs as well. Reps made recommendations for preventative maintenance but did not push. But I will be coming back for that. An overall great experience AND the actual cost was less than projected, which is always a pleasant surprise. More

So I returned the muffler the next day and asked when the swap was made to leave the part for me to pickup. No one followed up. I called the salesperson a week later, he said he would get it. No follow up, I called two weeks after, he still said he would find it and get it. Never called me back. I emailed, asking for an honest answer of where the part was and no email was sent back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE OF THE VEHICLE. More
