Fast, Friendly Service I went to the dealer to get a replacement key for my JK. As I was leaving I was asked if I was aware that there were two recalls on my vehicle. I wa I went to the dealer to get a replacement key for my JK. As I was leaving I was asked if I was aware that there were two recalls on my vehicle. I was, but had been delaying this service as I would have to make arrangements to use another vehicle. They offered the use of a loaner vehicle, we set the appointment, and the work was completed on time. Prior to leaving I did notice an ever so slight scratch on a hard plastic surface that wasn't there prior. I made the staff aware, just so they can make sure their technicians could avoid a similar incident in the future. It was not a big deal, and I had no issues. Although I insisted that it did not need to be fixed, Ms. Hannah Davis and Mr. JD McDaniels went out of their way to correct the issue. This thought process, to resolve even the smallest of issues, is pervasive throughout all of Len Stoler CDJ. They really went above and beyond, when it wasn't necessary, to ensure my experience was perfect. I can express my appreciation enough. Thank you. More

Horrible I took my 2003 wrangler to them because I was having a transmission issue. I was told by them that nothing was wrong with my Jeep and that when they d I took my 2003 wrangler to them because I was having a transmission issue. I was told by them that nothing was wrong with my Jeep and that when they drove it they had NO issues. I also found the receptionist to be rude and unwilling to listen to what I was telling her. I told her there has to be something wrong there is no way that nothing is wrong with the Jeep. All you really had to do was drive it and you could feel the hard shift into third gear. I asked her if the technician actually put his foot down on the petal to try and get it to shift hard and Hannah’s (the receptionist) stated to me “ma’am we will not break the law and go over the speed limited”. I could not believe her response. I went to pick it up and bring it home and on the drive home and pulling out on to rt. 140 it immediately started to have issues with the transmission. I found it very hard to believe what they had told me was true. I took the Jeep to Old Town motors in Sykesville and it turns out it was the TCM. I will never buy or take any of my cars to be services by this dealer again!!! More
