Hannah was amazing. I could not ask for a more compassionate and knowledgeable individual! She is the sweetest and helped me so so much throughout my visit. The shop For I could not ask for a more compassionate and knowledgeable individual! She is the sweetest and helped me so so much throughout my visit. The shop Forman was so very great with my car and making sure it was fixed just right. The mechanic Jonathan was excellent and during his inspection after completing my service he felt a vibration and he was very quick to get the Forman to help evaluate and make a plan to get it perfectly right and had a very sweet girl place me in a loaner car so that they could do some more work to it. It was a process but overall everyone there was excellent. I didn't catch the shop Forman name or the loaner girls name but I'm sure Hannah would know. I drive from Winchester to come there because of the excellent service at the quick lane!!! More
