I wasn't going to answer this but the texts are incredibly annoying and so is Chevy Worlds service so here u go. They get the job done but they have 0 sense of time management. First time I came was for a battery change, should've taken 2hrs MAX. I was sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours. The man working on my car came in to tell me that my car had been finished an hour ago. I was the only person/car there. So it took 3 hours for the hour long service, and they forgot to text me that my car was done taking another hour. Second time was for an oil change, should've taken 45 mins max but I gave an extra 45 mins because there was a car in front of me getting theirs changed first. After an hour I went to check if they started on my car and they hadn't even started on the car in front of mine. There were no other customers, just me and the lady getting our oil changed. I saw about 15 employees sitting around on phones and talking to each other but not one of them was doing their job. I saw them pull my car into the garage when they finally decided to start working on it, and it took them 30 mins. It's incredibly aggravating. We come to the shop to get our cars fixed so we can leave and finish doing what we need to do, not so the employees can have a sleepover in the garage while we're sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours with the tv at 100 waiting for them to do what they get paid for. My experience was a 2. It wasn't horrible because the job got done, but this place needs a different type of management or something. New rules. It's not a work place to them. More

I went in to follow up getting my tire valve replaced since they had the part. I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for them to tell me they weren't able to do it since their technician wasn't there and since they had the part.
