Mike Kass spent time with me and my wife on separate occasions explaining the options on different makes and models of vehicles as well as purchasing versus leasing. He fit us into a great vehicle that we can afford without trying to push us into a more expensive make or model. Hannah Papaleo (Delivery Specialist) took us through the new vehicle explaining all of the new vehicle features we weren't familiar with - very patient! The entire process took less than two hours. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Bettenhausen and we have had a great experience each time! More
