Did not have my parts. My recommended written estimate was $1420. Because I had to take an after market part (to get it done that day) it was supposed to be $200 less. After, she brought a bill for $1491 saying she made a mistake on the parts. After I had already waited in the store for 5 hours for the 3 to 4 hour job I had to fuss for 45 minutes to pay $1179.
