I’m beyond impressed with the team at Beck & Masten! I was searching for a very specific vehicle, and when I saw that Beck & Masten didn’t have it on their lot, I started working with a competitor. After a lot of frustrating back and forth and no deal in sight, I got a message out of the blue from Orlando Pasasin at Beck & Masten — they had found exactly what I was looking for. But not just that — the vehicle had a better package and came in at a better price than the competitor ever offered. No haggling. No games. Orlando came in with their best offer right away, and it absolutely blew the competition out of the water. I made an appointment for the next day to seal the deal. When I arrived, Orlando greeted me with a handshake and introduced me to Mike “Sparky” Sparks, who took over to guide me through the next steps. Mike was nothing short of outstanding. He was organized, professional, and had everything ready before I even sat down. What really stood out to me was how he managed the process with such calm confidence — it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He answered all of my questions without missing a beat, never rushed me, and made the paperwork process feel easy. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re in good hands from start to finish. From there, I met with Earl Alphonse in finance, who kept that same energy — friendly, efficient, and no-nonsense. We talked numbers, finalized everything, and just like that, I was driving away in my brand new 2500 Sierra AT4. This was, hands down, the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with this is this second time I’ve had to deal with the horrible service from them got my vehicle January 2024 march 2024 had to take it back to get major engine this second time I’ve had to deal with the horrible service from them got my vehicle January 2024 march 2024 had to take it back to get major engine work done that took them 2 weeks saying they were waiting for parts to come. Fast forward February 2025 not even a year later same issue again dropped it off February 17th didn’t get my vehicle back until march 30th. Service advisor Rocio had horrible communication skills constantly having to call and try to get updates on what was going on with my vehicle no answer from advisor no call back after leaving message after message having to call and speak with different managers and other advisors only getting excuse after excuse as to why it’s taking so long and when I finally did hear from my advisor it was always a text message until I had to tell her not to text me about my vehicle anymore call me like a normal person. Tried to get a loaner because that was included in my warranty only excuses about no cars and this and that about a wait list but you’re working on my vehicle. Finally a week before the engine is replaced I get a loaner car which they said they would cover but when I drop it back off I get charged $244. After the 1st time I would have never went back but the warranty company told me since they did the 1st repair I had to take it back to them but after this time I would never go back to beck and masten south service department not even for and oil change worst customer service I’ve ever experienced More

The service dept. needs help. I purchased my 5th vehicle from Beck n Masten a few years back. Getting whatever warranty comes with oil changes and things. For about a needs help. I purchased my 5th vehicle from Beck n Masten a few years back. Getting whatever warranty comes with oil changes and things. For about a year I’ve been trying to get one. Each time I try to get an appointment I’m getting pushed back about a month. Yes a month. And yes this is just an oil change for a 2500. Should be a no big deal. So I decided I’ll get them elsewhere. However on last Monday I received an email saying it’s past due and that my warranty for such things will be expiring in about a month. So I called to ask 1. My warranty is still good (Yes I was told) 2. Schedule an appt for that Saturday. When I arrived at my appt they asked if anything else could be done. Well yes. 2 of my tire sensors aren’t working, and for some reason I even bought these new tires from you’ll less than 2 years ago. Salesman comes back. That isn’t covered. Makes it to where none of my tires sensors show up AND yes I’m paying for the oil change. So I show him the email and told him that I even called to verify. His excuse was the emails are mass shot out. (Even though I had the warranty id/ customer id). And the person I called didn’t have the right information and that it’s happens all the time. Their working on it. Without becoming angry I asked to ask his manager. He took my phone to show the email. And she told him that yep I have to pay. THABK YOU for making my decision easy while my wife asked me to shop while I waited for her new Yukon. I will not being buying from Beck n Masten again (after 5 vehicles). Probable not even GM if this is how it’s going. More
