Awesome Purchase Experience I went into Imperial, after visiting 4 other dealerships, to consider purchasing a new Tundra. I was greeted by Jamie and was provided with excellent I went into Imperial, after visiting 4 other dealerships, to consider purchasing a new Tundra. I was greeted by Jamie and was provided with excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me two test drives in different trucks. He unfortunately was pulled away due to a delivery he was required to make and my salesman was transferred to Artie. He was exceptional as well and made the transition from Jamie seamless. The whole experience was incredible. I am sending some people there to purchase their next vehicle due to how pleased I was with the service. Also Desiree in financing was exceptional as well. She walked me through all of my options and made it comfortable and made me feel like i was the most important customer. That says alot with how busy she got. Overall I am 100% satisfied with my experience and will be back. More

Post sale communication has been non-existent for the past 3 days while we wait for a Registration for the new vehicle. My fiancee sent multiple texts with no reply. I placed multiple calls to the dealership asking to be put in touch w/ a Sales Manager...4 straight hang-ups. 5th call ended w/ someone promising to have a Sales Mgr call me. I finally texted Arthur and got a reply back within 7 minutes. Apparently still waiting on info from Insurance, and Insurance says they never got anything from dealer. 3 days lost due to no communication. Cashing your check the same day as the purchase and then not communicating with you after the fact leaves a very bad taste in our mouths. It's not likely we would build a relationship with this dealership. More
