He and Bob checked in after my first few days with the vehicle to make sure I was happy with my decision. Scott went out of his way to mail the garage door opener and a prayer card for a friend I lost back to me a few days after the exchange! I would not hesitate to contact Scott or the Braintree Toyota for any future purchases, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future. More

This dealership cuts no corners when it comes to ensuring the customer's experience is as stress-free as possible. You don't just get a quick "how was your experience?" at the end of the purchase when everything is squared away. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the process made sure to ask if everything was moving along okay and if there was anything else I needed. I've been getting a lot of crap from another dealership trying to cancel my purchase (because obviously I went with Toyota), and Javier has never been too busy to help verify whether the other dealership's threats are empty or actually have any truth to them. Not only that, but he's been advising me on how he'd handle each situation. Bottom line: Javier and the rest of the staff I worked with shoot straight, and I suggest any customers reading this do the same. More
