He carefully explained the differences between my iPhone4S and my wife's iPhone5 then walked with us over to the car where he paired bot of them, showed us how to switch between them and even how to mix&match them for phone and music. What impressed me was his knowledge, patience, and willingness to help us completely even though he had no personal vested interest in our business.
