Sunny was the most professional sales person I have dealt with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle & all the features knowing that my mother just had a stroke and I am caring for her around the clock and unable to leave home unless I have someone else to watch her. The GPS is not working in my new vehicle and he made sure the part was expedited so I can have the use of that feature and has set up an appointment to have the mother board installed on Monday. Sunny has helped me with the pick up and delivery to install the part by picking up my car at my home and dropping it off due to my mother's health condition. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future and telling family and friends to go to this dealership if they are looking for a Toyota or Scion and to make sure they do their business with Sunny. More

We had spent a lot of time looking for a car and avoided dealerships as much as possible because of past experiences and our visit to Toyota in Braintree was almost a last resort. All we wanted was to do a quick look around the parking lot to see what was on offer without any pressure or a long time sitting inside answering questions and doing paperwork. At once we saw a car that interested us both, within minutes Kenny had told us the price and let us drive it around the parking lot. We never stepped inside and he put us under no pressure. Later that evening we went online and saw we could bargain online for the vehicle. I didnt expect anything would come of it but next morning there was an email from Eric saying he thought the price we were willing to pay could be agreed by Toyota. Later that day we met with Sunny, who took control of the whole deal with expertise and personal attention. Eric and Kenny were also involved and later we also did some paperwork with Arthur. Everything went so smoothly and Sunny answered all our questions. There were no surprises with the deal including the price wanted for our trade-in. Next day I was driving our 'new' used Corolla away from Braintree. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough and the same applies to Sunny as our salesman. Actually he is much more than that, he was the project manager for what is a complicated process even if things go smoothly as it did in our case. In the past we have had great experiences with Toyota cars but not good experiences with dealers. Our time with Sunny and his colleagues mean that we will be back to Sunny the next time we are looking for a Toyota without any hesitation. More

This was my first experience at Tufankjian Toyota. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful but my sales representative Sunny was outstanding from my first encounter "just looking" at an A Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful but my sales representative Sunny was outstanding from my first encounter "just looking" at an Avalon right through the delivery which took more than a week of extra work on his part, ensuring that the car was totally ready for me to drive. He handled all the extra responsibility for transporting the car off-site, checked to be certain it met my needs and used his creativity and tenacity in dealing with some unexpected registration issues. Sunny kept me apprised by phone on a daily basis (even on his day off) as to the car's progress and always inquired if there was more that I needed to make the car buying experience stress-free. Even tonight he called to check on how I liked the car after taking delivery this afternoon. These are assets of a professional sales person that make the car buying experience such a positive one. If Toyota has an employee of the month or other such program Sunny should elected. I have purchased close to 20 new cars and interacted with many salespeople and can honestly say that Sunny is what all sales associates should aspire to be. He would be great at training new hires, sharing his expertise with them and being a role model for them. It was a fortuitous meeting for me and hopefully is the start of many more Toyota purchases from Sunny and Tufankjian Toyota. More
