My experience with Toyota of Braintree was excellent from start to finish. I emailed about a car I had seen on Cars.com and got an immediate response from Edward Walsh. I came in the next day and met with my salesperson Sunny. Sunny was amazing! He was helpful and put me at ease. He was not pushy and intimidating like other salesmen I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Sunny showed me the car and explained all of it's features. Sunny was very quick to respond to my questions and texted me right back. He helped me to get a great deal on the car I really wanted and advocated for me with his management team. Both Sunny and Don worked really hard to help me get a financial plan from Toyota that was better than I could have ever expected. They also had assistance from their Director Wallace. I am impressed with their shear team work! I always thought people who work at car dealerships would be competitive and cut throat, but not this team.
