Once we made our decision he guided us through the steps needed to finalize the purchase of the 2014 Toyota Venza. He followed up with us online and called us, as arranged, to let us know that the car was ready for pickup. When we returned to collect the car he patiently went over all the features of the car to insure we were comfortable with operating the car. John Celesk handled the financial matters efficiently and in a professional yet friendly manner. He took care to explain everything thoroughly. Sunny was the most professional sales person I have dealt with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle with in buying my cars in over the last 30 years. He went above and beyond in helping me out. He came to my home and showed me how to use my vehicle & all the features knowing that my mother just had a stroke and I am caring for her around the clock and unable to leave home unless I have someone else to watch her. The GPS is not working in my new vehicle and he made sure the part was expedited so I can have the use of that feature and has set up an appointment to have the mother board installed on Monday. Sunny has helped me with the pick up and delivery to install the part by picking up my car at my home and dropping it off due to my mother's health condition. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future and telling family and friends to go to this dealership if they are looking for a Toyota or Scion and to make sure they do their business with Sunny. We had spent a lot of time looking for a car and avoided dealerships as much as possible because of past experiences and our visit to Toyota in Braintree was almost a last resort. All we wanted was to do a quick look around the parking lot to see what was on offer without any pressure or a long time sitting inside answering questions and doing paperwork. At once we saw a car that interested us both, within minutes Kenny had told us the price and let us drive it around the parking lot. We never stepped inside and he put us under no pressure. Later that evening we went online and saw we could bargain online for the vehicle. I didnt expect anything would come of it but next morning there was an email from Eric saying he thought the price we were willing to pay could be agreed by Toyota. Later that day we met with Sunny, who took control of the whole deal with expertise and personal attention. Eric and Kenny were also involved and later we also did some paperwork with Arthur. Everything went so smoothly and Sunny answered all our questions. There were no surprises with the deal including the price wanted for our trade-in. Next day I was driving our 'new' used Corolla away from Braintree. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough and the same applies to Sunny as our salesman. Actually he is much more than that, he was the project manager for what is a complicated process even if things go smoothly as it did in our case. In the past we have had great experiences with Toyota cars but not good experiences with dealers. Our time with Sunny and his colleagues mean that we will be back to Sunny the next time we are looking for a Toyota without any hesitation. More
