Had an amazing experience with Harlan. But overall was lied to about the car. I only had it for less than a week before i had to take it back. It’s been at Oakley longer than i have owned But overall was lied to about the car. I only had it for less than a week before i had to take it back. It’s been at Oakley longer than i have owned it. My loan amount out the door purchase was told to be $16k but then my papers from the loan company came and it was $19k. And was told when i took it to the shop they wouldn’t be able to help me get a new temp tag even though i haven’t even been able to have it in my possession. And was told i had to pay diagnostic fees. And when i reach out with concerns no one gets back to me. Or offers to try to make things right. More

I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that knowledgeable. He did a great job of working with me through the process. I was somewhat disappointed in the dealership when they informed me that my backup camera and turn signal light were not covered under my warranty, when we knew that the signal light was out on the day I purchased the vehicle, and the backup camera stopped working on the evening that I purchased the vehicle. I’ve already ordered the replacement camera $69.00 on Amazon and I’ll just dig in and figure out the intermittent turn signal problem. All in all a good overall experience, but if you’re buying a vehicle here, get an agreement as to what they are going to fix and I’d get it in writing. More
