Very Positive Experiences with Sales & Service I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS Premium, one owner local, 55K miles. The purchase price was about $2000 below NADA suggested retail price. They also I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS Premium, one owner local, 55K miles. The purchase price was about $2000 below NADA suggested retail price. They also threw in some perks like special inside grooming, and best of all, 1 yr, 12000 miles powertrain warranty. After the sale, my salesman, Hartland Roberts, drove the CTS to my home to drop off the car I had driven to the dealership, and I drove him back to Hall Honda. On the trip back, he explained all the controls again. I had a problem with the battery going dead about a month after I purchased the car, and had to have it jumped and later towed to Hall Honda. They got it in the same day, diagnosed it as a bad cell in the battery, replaced it with a new battery - and at no cost. They also got me a second key for the CTS and had it programmed at no cost to me. I strongly recommend Hartland and the entire crew at Hall Honda. More

He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and personable. Harland easily answered all my questions, and took me on two test drives...even after I told him I was not buying immediately. I liked the Pilot I test drove so much, I asked Harland what the next step would be IF I decided to get a Pilot. He had my car appraised, and came back with such a good deal that I decided to go ahead and purchase the car. The entire process (sales, finance, and delivery) was enjoyable and carefree, and I dove my beautiful new Pilot home that day. I have owned Toyotas, BMWs, an Acura and a Saturn. This has been my best shopping, purchasing and delivery experience to date. I DEFINITELY recommend Harland and Hall Honda. I could not be happier! More

I wasn't even planning on buying a car at first. However, Harland Roberts was pleasant, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products and features of the cars I was interested in. He took my information and help me to determine how much vehicle I could afford. This help to streamline what usually is a long process. After, I decided on a vehicle, I was introduced to the finance manager Jason Branch who worked with my small budget. Mr. Branch and Mr. Roberts made me feel like a VIP and they understood my car budget needs. This made me feel like we were all on one Accord with my Deal of the decade.
