I inquired about a Honda Fit EV and during the phone call I was highly impressed with how courteous and knowledgeable the representitive was. I set up an appointment to test drive the car about an hour late I was highly impressed with how courteous and knowledgeable the representitive was. I set up an appointment to test drive the car about an hour later, and I was greeted immediately on arrival by Mr. Martin. To my surprise he already had the car I was interested in sitting right out front & ready for a test drive. Within 5 minutes we were out on the road with it and Mr. Martin was patiently intstructing me on the various features, such as the voice activated navigation system and specifics regarding the fact that it was an electric car. I went in the following morning to finalize the purchase & Mr. Martin handled all of the details, including a lengthy 30 minute discussion with my insurance company, since they had no records of the vehicle model since its new & only 1100 are being sold. In summary this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle, and this one is my 6th. The process was very quick and simple, with no hidden costs or needless pressure to buy additional options I didn't want. Mr. Martin was very helpful & on top of that he has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this dealership and doing business with Harold Martin. More

Mr. Martin was very professional and adjusted his sales ethics to my ability to buy at a certain price. He used a small amount of pressure to make the sale but in no way did he overstep a professional appr ethics to my ability to buy at a certain price.
