I have the worst credit anyone can think of (well to me)...I have a bankruptcy that discharged a couple months go. Two cars on my bankruptcy and a high credit usage. I got shot down at one dealership, went to another...no go - shot down again. Third times a charm is a TRUE saying. Harald from Jim Cole Toyota called me and worked out the most amazing deal ever for me. He promised me that he will get me driving home in a car and he sure did. He doesn't play games, he got us IN AND OUT in no time!!! It was the fastest process ever!!! Harald is upfront and honest with you from point A to B. Larry our sales person was awesome to work with as well, him and my husband had a few laughs which was great. This was a very personable experience and I HIGHLY recommend Jim Coleman Toyota...ASK FOR HARALD and LARRY (I forgot his last name, sorry LARRY!!!) We will be coming back for our future cars!!! More

From the very first conversation with the exceptional Harold Schmidt and Bryan (don't know his last name, floor salesman), I felt like the service was personal and considerate. At no time did I feel lik Harold Schmidt and Bryan (don't know his last name, floor salesman), I felt like the service was personal and considerate. At no time did I feel like I was being "handled". Mr. Schmidt worked to find the best financing for me, and when I described what I wanted in a vehicle they found the perfect match. They made a point to show me alternatives, but their first attempt was on target. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Bryan took the time to demonstrate each feature, every knob and button, every compartment, and even set the Bluetooth for me. I appreciated the courtesy, effort professionalism and consideration Mr. Schmidt and Bryan demonstrated and highly recommend this dealership. More

I had a wonderful experience at Jim Coleman Toyota. Harold contacted me after I submitted an application for financing. He asked me the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase and suggested I stop b Harold contacted me after I submitted an application for financing. He asked me the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase and suggested I stop by the dealership the next day to finalize the details. I advised Harold that I didn't have much time but he insisted he would have me in and out under 2 hours. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Godwin. He notified Harold and within minutes I was in the first of 2 vehicles Harold had picked out based on our conversation the day before - cut down the "search" time altogether! Godwin was extremely patient and helpful. He gave great advice - helped me choose a vehicle that fit my needs without pressuring me at all. Harold went above and beyond to make sure I was approved for the loan. I have dealt with many dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Definitely recommending to others!! More

I spoke with Harold and told him my (very bad) financial situation and asked if he could assist. I didnt want to waste his time or mine. He assured me he could and treated me just as I was a customer with a 800 score. I went around (physically) to various dealerships was given the run around and treated like I had the plague due to my unfortunate credit situation. Everyone made promises they just simply couldnt deliver or it was an astronomical interest rate. I went to Jim Coleman spoke with Alexandra and Harold. They treated me with the utmost respect and consideration. When one has a financial crisis, its embarrassing and depressing to say the least. You really don't need someone else to beat you down more. Harold delivered EXACTLY as he promised. After purchasing my 2010 Highlander from Jim Colemans, I sat in the car and became very emotional. It was an extremely happpy emotion, for so many reasons. One being, I have a chance to start over and all because Harold and Alexandra gave me a chance. Not only was I offered a second chance but with a smile. They never mentioned my financial situation, not once. They sincerely acted as if I was a customer with stellar credit. The rate I received around 11 was the lowest offered by ANY dealership I visited and trust me I visited atleast 10. It's taxing on your emotions let alone your time. I have always been treated this way by Toyota dealerships, its all I've ever driven. All the big names or anyone in between can't compare. I can say that because I've interacted with them. I can go on and on about Harold and Alexandra. I will say this, if you are looking for someone who wont blow your phone up, nag you about coming in, give you false hope, and sell you empty dreams; then you better save yourself some time and get over to Jim Coleman and speak with Alexandra and tell her to make sure she has Harold take care of you. My experience with Jim Coleman Toyota - specifically dealing with Harold Schmidt and Daniel Smith - was excellent! I had gone to another dealer closer to my home (Passport Toyota in Marlow Heights) and dealing with Harold Schmidt and Daniel Smith - was excellent! I had gone to another dealer closer to my home (Passport Toyota in Marlow Heights) and was treated horribly. Due to a recent (messy) marital separation, my credit score is terrible. The reps at Passport Toyota treated me terribly, they were condescending and dismissive. From the moment Harold Schmidt called me regarding my credit application, I was treated with dignity, kindness and understanding. Harold and Dan both made sure that I got the vehicle I wanted and they were both really happy to help me. I will recommend Jim Coleman Toyota to everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle in this area. More
