My girlfriend and I visited Jim Coleman Toyota to look at a used car of some sort to replace my car which had been totaled the week before in an accident. We thought that we wanted a Prius, but after test dr a used car of some sort to replace my car which had been totaled the week before in an accident. We thought that we wanted a Prius, but after test driving many different cars, we decided on a RAV4. Our experience was great, Ernesto was very patient during the test drives and answered our many questions. Harold was also really great to work with, he made it possible for us to finance a car even though we have less than perfect credit at the moment. We appreciated that we were able to replace our car even before we received the replacement check from the insurance company. The RAV4 that we ended up with is a CPO with very very low miles, it's practically new! More

I was not expecting to get financed and approved for a car. But I was just looking at what I might have to save up for, when pocket looks right. This is by far the greatest dealership I have ever went to. I have purchased 3 vehicles now with the greatest of ease in the past 3 years.. I never have to go back unless absolutely needed and Harald always gets everything done in one fall swoop right away the right way!! I have never had any suprizes or unpleasent things happen while dealing with this dealership! My vehicles were always in tip top shape and I plan to purchase many more from them and Harald !! Thanks to Harald and Jim Coleman Toyota I can do this with ease and feel like I am not getting the short end of the stick! As a note I have always been greeted with absolute respect and happy faces from all the staff there as well. My experience at Jim Coleman was very reqarding, I was looking for a dependable used car and really wanted a Toyota because my previous car was a Toyota and it lasted me 14 great years and 250,000 miles l looking for a dependable used car and really wanted a Toyota because my previous car was a Toyota and it lasted me 14 great years and 250,000 miles later it finally gave out.
