I have purchased several of my vehicles through Jim Coleman. I have dealt with many kind superior and efficient sales people as well as the finance manager who I deal with ever time Harald. I have even had my friend come to purchase an SUV as well. In all the dealerships I have ever dealt with this one has gar outshinned all the rest. My time is money and I hate to sit in dealerships but, as I am always promised over the phone by Harald and the sales people they aleays come through as promised. Harald is a no-nonsense get to it and hurry up with no BS involved type of person and in my world that speaks volumes! Whenever I have had an issue they were quick to jump on it as well as Harald who for a finance manager is always available at the drop of a dime no matter what and that is impressive. My recent purchase caught me off guard when I caught a glimpse of the vehicle on the website to my suprise the owners brother had it in his possession where the dealership was more than happy to call him to retrieve it and it was not 5 minutes later that he arrived and what a person to meet!! Gleefully he stated how much he did not want to loose the vehicle to me but, was overjoyed to bring it back. They stated he was driving it for some weeks but, when I test drived it I had to tell them they were liars because it was so pristine on the inside and sparkling on the outside I was floored!! There just simply isnt any customer service like that anywhere on earth.... You can trust this dealership I am a perfectionist myself and I was skeptical of course at first but, I have been going back for years!! More

I was looking to buy a used car and over the past 4 years my credit has been pretty damaged and I submitted a request on Lending Tree at about 11:00 PM and by the next evening I was at the Jim Coleman dealer my credit has been pretty damaged and I submitted a request on Lending Tree at about 11:00 PM and by the next evening I was at the Jim Coleman dealership working with Larry and Harald on driving away with a great Highlander. I have bought many cars over the years and this was by far the easiest experience for myself. They were understanding of my credit situation, worked with me to get the car I wanted, the financing I needed and at the end of the day I was very pleased. There wasn't any playing around or going back and forth. I also enjoyed the fact that much of my communication and paperwork was handled online or via email, making the time I was actually at the dealership minimal, which is important to me and my hectic work schedule. The two men who assisted me in purchasing a 2006 Volvo XC70 were simply the nicest and most respectful and friendliest people I have ever had the opportunity to do business with, and I must add that I fee XC70 were simply the nicest and most respectful and friendliest people I have ever had the opportunity to do business with, and I must add that I feel many of the staff at Jim Coleman Toyota must be as nice, friendly and concerned about the customer as Harold and Howard were. It is my hope too that many of my friends and simply neighbors up here in Towson, MD will consider taking the drive down to Bethesda to consider their next car. I genuinely feel that both Howard and Harold were interested in my situation, and how best to help me. My only regret is that I could not afford to pay for the car all at once, but Harold did manage to obtain a good term of repayment for me, and I am grateful for that. More

I wasn't really serious about getting a car. I have had some credit problems in the past and was expecting to get raped (figuratively speaking) and robbed (literally speaking) so I don't like dealers and l some credit problems in the past and was expecting to get raped (figuratively speaking) and robbed (literally speaking) so I don't like dealers and loath saleman. I have never had a good experience with either. When I recieved a call from Harold at Jim Coleman Toyota telling me about what they had to offer and amounts..blah blah blah I was NOT impressed. I figured it would be all lies until I got to the dealer and sat infront of the finance manager. When we arrived we showed a beautiful vehicle that met the needs of my family and the stylish desire of my picky husband, we thought we were going to have to settle for a mini-van... :/ Anyway, after the test drive we go over the paperwork and see if what I was told was the truth.....Alas, it was!! We walked away with a beautiful truck with payments better than initially promised. I couldn't believe it. Thanks Harold and Mike!! More
