I found this salesman, Harold Wagner, to be a straight shooter, no BS, and no games. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We went to North Shore Honda because we were familiar with the location. Upon entering we were greeted in a professional and courtious manor. We were somewhat familiar with the vehicle as we had done res with the location. Upon entering we were greeted in a professional and courtious manor. We were somewhat familiar with the vehicle as we had done research online. Harold guided us through the process answering all of our questions. We decided to lease and we are really glad we did. My wife LOVES the car and if all goes well we will be leasing another one from there. The entire dealership seems friendly. The even gave us free oil changes and we will be certain to bring it there for service. Overall it was a great experience. More

Everyone we've dealt with from Amber(Business Development) who picked up the phone to Harold Wagner(Salesperson) to Eddie Haas(Finance Mgr), were very professional and friendly. Amber provided great over the phone customer service and in person greeting. Harold was not pushy at all and gave us a great price on the 2012 Honda CR-V EX 4WD upfront. Eddie did his job of offering us the extended warranty and when we declined he understood and was not pushy about it. He also got us a good finance rate from chase. Harold was very patient with us as we spent the whole day dealing with the insurance to get the car out. Overall, I was very impressed with the service we received on that day (This is coming from somebody who worked in 2 dealerships before). In return, we gave them a spot delivery.
